Please join us for our 2nd Annual “Virtually the Best Auction Ever” and the 24th Annual Tri-Cities Prep Auction Fundraiser.

Join us on Friday, March 26, at 6:30PM for prayer and opening welcome to our livestream auction program. Auction will be livestreamed on our Greater Giving website page at 6:30pm.  Click on the START BIDDING button in the upper right corner to preview auction items or come back on auction night to bid and watch live stream.

The auction is our biggest fundraiser of the year and our students still need your support as we move through these challenging times. 

How do I participate in the virtual event?

View the live stream of the Live Auction on our Greater Giving website page or preview auction items or bid on silent by clicking on the START BIDDING button. 

What will the program be like during the event?

Kirt Shaffer, our benefit auctioneer, will host our annual celebration of our community and an opportunity to support the future of Tri-Cities Prep. We’ll also have some great silent and live auction packages for you to bid on and a special appeal you can donate to—all from the comfort of your couch! 

The silent auctions will open on Monday, March 22, so bidders will have the opportunity to bid on their favorite packages before the livestream event.  The silent auction closes at 5pm on Saturday, March 27.

How can I purchase an auction item or donate to Tri-Cities Prep?

• Register for online bidding at TCP Prep Auction - Where Dreams Come True(instructions below)
• Bid on your favorite silent auction packages starting at Noon (PDT) on Monday, March 22.
• Give in the special appeal during and after the livestream event
• The live auction will start at 6:30pm and close during the event on Friday, March 26.
• The silent auction will close on Saturday, March 27

Here’s how you register to bid:

1. Go to TCP Prep Auction - Where Dreams Come True
2. Click the “START BIDDING” button in upper right-hand corner of screen.
3. Click the “GET STARTED” button.
4. Enter your email address.
5. Wait for verification email (check your junk folder if you don’t receive it).
6. Follow verification link and complete form. Be sure to provide your mobile number.
7. Verify payment method, billing address, email and mobile number are correct. Click on grey boxes to update information.
8. Click on the “STARTED BIDDING!” link to enter the auction.
